Retreat to Wellness Escape

Guided by two experienced professionals, you will be taken on a journey of discovery of your inner world. You will be invited to check in with yourself and pay attention to your intuitive knowing. There will be time to reflect on the competing commitments and the many balls we juggle in life. Grounding and connecting exercises, meditation, movement, silent contemplation and journaling will be used to create space. Space for new ways of being.
