1. Introduction

In completing a purchase or checking the terms and conditions box upon purchase at www.emmlife.com.au (The Website) you agree to be bound by these conditions which constitute the agreement between EMMLIFE PTY LTD (The Company) and yourself. In these Terms and Conditions, The Company means our staff, guides, employees, including any facilitators to whom we subcontract these Terms and Conditions.

   2. By attending a provided service, you agree to be bound by these terms. We may update these terms and conditions without prior notice.

   3. These terms and conditions, or anything relating to these terms and conditions fall under the jurisdiction and the laws of Australia.

   4. If any part of these terms is or becomes invalid, that part must be treated for all purposes as severed from these terms.

2. Services

   1. We offer our services listed on The Website. We reserve the right to change offered services at any time.

   3. If a service is rescheduled, The Company will contact you to manage your booking.

3. Payments and refunds

   1. For individual services (i.e. Training Therapy, supervision, mentoring) a cancellation/no-show fee of $100 will be issued, if no written cancellation has been received prior to 24 hours to the booking.

   2. For all other services, all monies paid are non-refundable.

   3. If The Company needs to cancel an event, a refund of monies paid towards the specific event, will be issued to you.

   1. We will handle all personal information we collect in accordance with our privacy policy.

   1. If you browse or make a purchase on The Website, you agree to the terms and conditions for the use of The Website.
