The Restorative Pause for Anaesthetists Retreat

A$2940.00

We are hosting a clinician-led retreat for anaesthetists, designed as a quiet, restorative space for guided reflection, professional connection and time away from routine clinical demands. It is intentionally small, with 12 places.

This retreat has been developed with anaesthetists in mind, in collaboration with Dr A Harmon, from Wesley Anaesthesia Group and designed to support self-recording where relevant to your CPD plan.

If you are interested in wellbeing education, reflective practice and a more spacious peer setting, then this might be of relevance to you

Surrounded by nature on the beautiful Yuggera Lands, we will gather together to pause, reflect and reconnect.
Throughout the weekend, there will be gentle yoga and (optional) morning walks, nutritionally and thoughtfully prepared meals, nervous system restoration practices like meditation, breathwork, sound healing and creative exploration.

There will be unhurried moments for journalling and integration, enough personal time to reset, as well as group sessions that create space for meaningful and reflective conversations and shared insights. Individual well-being sessions will be offered to further support everyone on this journey of being well.
